REFUND POLICY

We are welcome exchanges and returns of undamaged and unused items within 7 days from the date you received your order.

 

Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging. However, please note that we do not provide free return shipping.

 

Additionally, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount eligible for a refund. You are responsible for covering these shipping costs, and we cannot waive or refund them, even if the order is returned to us.

 

Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email and process the refund for the returned

items after inspecting their condition.
